There is no obligation to pursue treatment. You can return up to one year after your initial intake appointment should you decide that our clinic is a good fit for your needs.
Infusion Appointment

Patients typically benefit from an induction series of six individual infusions.
Ketamine infusions may be partially reimbursed by insurance companies. We provide you with a specialized bill (often referred to as a ‘superbill’) that can be submitted directly to your insurance company to assist you with the reimbursement process.
Booster Appointment
$550
Based on your personalized data from our patient portal, we will work with you to determine if you would benefit from maintenance or ‘booster’ infusions.
